Hi blogworld.  A lot has happened since my last post when I was freezing in Chicago with Stacy. My flight was canceled because of the snow, so we got an extra day to partay.  It was really cold.  There was a neat used bookstore with books piled and stacked like a Jenga puzzle.  I'm pretty sure I bought a Hemingway book at that store.  A Moveable Feast.  I read the book in the last month or so and enjoyed it.  One of my favorite quotes is appropriate now as I find myself once again in the midst of winter and all of its coldness, waiting with anticipation for spring to arrive.

"When spring came, even the false spring, there were no problems except where to be happiest. The only thing that could spoil a day was people and if you could keep from making engagements, each day had no limits. People were always the limiters of happiness except for the very few that were as good as spring itself.” ― Ernest Hemingway, A Moveable Feast
